Tulua, a well known brand in Hotels & Restaurants, is hiring factory admin staff for its Malad facility. The Packing facility needs admin staff to perform daily routine factory admin activities as follows: Job Description: 1. PRODUCTION: Get production plan from Manager & plan production by assigning daily work. Production planning for Day, Week & Month. Assign work to workers on shop floor. Recruit shop floor workers. finished goods quality & wastage check. control wastage. workers' target & performance report & review. Proper stacking of raw material, WIP & finished goods. 2. STOCKS: Inward - outward material entry in stock book & excel. Raise debit note of reject material. coordinate with accounts department. maintain transporter register & payments. 3. DISPATCH: entry in excel of day to day orders received, check & maintain stock at distributor & request for PO. Dispatch plan, execute dispatch, transport booking, checking delivery done at destination & get receiving copy. coordinate with distributor godown. ONLY GRADUATES WITH FLUENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, PPT) SHOULD APPLY.
