Job Description

  • Prepare and manage vouchers and assist in basic accounting entries
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory; place orders as needed
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain related records
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, internal events, and communication
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth functioning of the premises
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
