The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage daytoday administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities, compliance with policies, and efficient support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, facilities, and supplies to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, procurement, and contracts.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and transportation arrangements.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative documentation and compliance.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
  • Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Housekeeping Management, Transport Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
