Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Manager – Operations to oversee and streamline our end-to-end operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in import & export operations, banking documentation, logistics coordination, sales order handling, and office administration. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee import & export operations, documentation, and compliance.

· Coordinate logistics, shipment planning, and timely dispatches.

· Handle banking activities related to LC, BG, and trade documentation.

· Manage sales order processing and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

· Supervise office operations, vendor coordination, and administration.

· Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

· Prepare operational reports and ensure process efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.

· 5–10 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in import/export-based industries.

· Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.

· Good understanding of banking processes related to trade finance.

· Excellent logistics coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation tools.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
