Position : Admin Manager

Exp - 15 to 20 Years

Age : 45 to 50 ( Ex Army, Navy, military, police person, Ex service person)

Salary : As per Industry

Work location : Avinashi Road, Coimbatore

Job Profile :

Roles and responsibilities of Admin Manager

  • Prepare manpower requirement plan for all category and get approval from Top management.
  • Recruitment of suitable manpower every with the help of HR department.
  • Ensure the deployment of proper manpower in the entire area and extract work from them
  • Provide proper training and awareness to all category workmen to meet out our expectations.
  • Monitor all the activities daily and ensure smooth functioning of the organization
  • Cross check the EB and water meter readings daily
  • Ensure proper running of STP and test the samples periodically and keep the same for inspection
  • Monitor the 100 % utilisation of treated water and no single drop should go outside the premises.
  • Address all queries related to security, parking management then and there
  • Cross check the attendance details of all category workmen daily and process and submit the labour charges bills with in the stipulated time to accounts department as per company norms.
  • Ensure the periodical remittance of all statutory payments in time
  • Ensure the entire premises are covering with fire safety and arrange periodical training on fire fighting and first aid to all workmen.
  • Conduct mock drills periodically and keep the record for inspection
  • Monitoring of CCTV surveillance, recording of events for future references.
  • Ensuring that basic amenities such as water, lighting, and DG backups are to be maintained well
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with local and state government bodies
  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the buildings and other infrastructures in the premises
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of MIS to the top management periodically
  • Ensure proper renewal of AMCs for essential equipments such as Generator, Water coolers, office equipments, etc and follow-up with the service provider for periodical visit and service
  • Responsible for regulating the traffic, parking of vehicles and controlling the crowd inside the premises
  • Any other additional responsibility / duty as and when assigned by the management time

to time.
