Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Manage office supplies, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Handle internal and external communication professionally
  • Support management with administrative planning and process improvement
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in administrative or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
