Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple sites - Halol & Vadodara

- Maintain All sites gate entry & exit

- High level of integrity & vigilance to team

- oversee Security, canteen and travel

- Manage GIDC / GEB Co-ordination

- Manage and maintain record for Material movements

- Manage Drinking water & labors colony, Enrollment of labor contractor

Qualification and skill:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite or any office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Multitasking and problem solving.
  • Customer service orientation
