About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform different work tasks simultaneously 2. Prepare daily production schedule and handle user requests 3. Manage computer resources efficiently to provide maximum output and adequate system response 4. Communicate regularly regarding scheduling of computer time 5. Help resolve computer-related issues and route user questions to appropriate areas 6. Operate the computer efficiently to ensure production, packaging, and delivery of regular and special reports 7. Maintain operations database 8. Monitor supplies and equipment necessary to ensure continuous operations 9. Receive calls from vendors, respond appropriately or refer to supervisor or other area as needed 10. Prepare tender documents 11. Manage inventory 12. Create quotations, invoices, challans, and pro forma invoices 13. Follow up on quotations and payments 14. Make tenders Requirements: 1. Have basic knowledge of computers 2. Be a graduate or post graduate in any field 3. Be well versed in MS Word, MS Excel, and computer processing 4. Preferably have knowledge of computer operating systems 5. Ability to operate and monitor multiple computer systems and peripheral devices concurrently 6. Ability to plan and schedule work priorities to meet deadlines and emergencies 7. Be flexible to work extra hours when required 8. Ability to work in a team with high people orientation 9. Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English 10. Possess good negotiation skills and soft skills to handle all types of clients over the phone 11.
