About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily operation and management of the product support team through effective use of resources, including scheduling, staffing and continuously enhancing delivery against a demanding set of customer expectations 2. Manage the quality of product support services 3. Ensure compliance of support delivery and case resolution 4. Ensure the successful onboarding of new clients 5. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities 6. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers. 7. Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily development/engineering, and marketing communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning 8. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute 9. Training technical or clinical staff 10. Investigating safety-related incidents 11. Keeping up to date with new developments in the field, nationally and internationally 12. Repairs, calibrates, and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation used in health-care delivery field: Inspects and installs medical and related technical equipment in medical and research facilities for use by physicians, nurses, scientists, or engineers involved in researching, monitoring, diagnosing, and treating physical ailments or dysfunctions 13. Repairs, calibrates, and maintains equipment, using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and knowledge of manufacturers' manuals, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive-maintenance schedules. 14. Safety tests medical equipment and health-care facility's structural environment to ensure patient and staff safety from electrical or mechanical hazards 15. Consults with medical or research staff to ascertain that equipment functions properly and safely, utilizing knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, chemistry, and physics 16. May demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel 17. Good negotiation skills and soft skills to handle all types of clients over the phone 5. Qualification is an MBA or a graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream 6.
