About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Receive purchase orders and procure materials as per terms 2. Ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation 3. Update system records with latest delivery information 4. Document all rejected/outgoing materials and excess receipts 5. Conduct periodic stock verification 6. Enforce safety precautions for personnel and raw materials 7. Arrange timely scrap disposal from stores 8. Perform daily perpetual verification (5 items) with documentation 9. Coordinate inter-departmental material flow 10. Conduct physical inventory every 6 months 11. Update environmental aspects/impacts and conduct impact studies 12. Perform monthly stock reconciliation and updates 13. Handle material packing and dispatches Requirements: 1. Basic computer proficiency 2. Graduate/Postgraduate in any field 3. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and computer processing 4. Preferred: Computer OS knowledge 5. Ability to operate multiple computer systems concurrently 6. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines 7. Flexibility to work extra hours when required 8. Strong team orientation and collaboration skills 9. Excellent oral/written communication skills 10. Strong negotiation and client-handling soft skills 11. Open to freshers with good communication skills (non-medical background acceptable) 12. Preferred: Experience in surgical instruments/medical/pharma industry with relocation flexibility 13. Fluent English communication (oral/written) 14.
