Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Maintaining Attendance register and Visitor Register
  • Coordinating with housekeeping to complete the daily routine Work
  • Collecting Courier and Bills which we receive from Vendors Filing the invoice / bills on daily basis
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenses.
  • Flexibility to work in day/night shifts as per business requirement (preferred)
  • Additional allowance applicable for night shifts
