  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Handling documentation and filing.
  • Supporting in purchasing.
  • Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • General administrative support to the team.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Handle office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
  • Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding activities such as ID cards, access cards, and asset allocation.
  • Track and manage assets including laptops, furniture, and other office equipment.
  • Respond to administrative queries from employees and management.
