Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed educational decisions. You will play a crucial role in helping students identify their academic goals and support them in choosing the right educational path. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, colleges/universities, entrance exams, and career options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various academic programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities. Handle inbound student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up with prospective students. Assist students with application processes, including documentation and form submissions. Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, and seminars. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and vendors. Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree (Master’s preferred)in Education, Psychology, or related field. Prior experience in academic or career counselling preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic listener and a problem-solver. Sales or target-driven approach is a plus (especially in EdTech or Study Abroad setups). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
