Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and schedules
  • Support various departments with administrative needs
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation
  • Work efficiently during night shifts

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in administration or related roles
  • Organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive, organized, sense of ownership and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
  • Problem solving and punctuality.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Basic knowledge in Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Male candidates only
