The Administration Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating internal communication, maintaining records, and supporting management and other departments in routine administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration and day-to-day operational support
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and manage follow-ups
  • Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and inventory records
  • Support HR-related documentation such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, office-based role
  • Standard working hours as per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
