Job Description

  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office activities, maintaining a clean and functional workspace, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, managing databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinating meetings, arranging travel, managing calendars, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Supplies and Equipment: Monitoring office supply levels, ordering stationery, and coordinating maintenance for office equipment.
  • Support Functions: Assisting with HR tasks like recruitment, supporting finance teams with invoicing, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and managing internal and external events and conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,377.15 - ₹12,000.00 per month
