Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Pune. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and assisting with clerical duties. They will also support executive administration as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.

Qualifications

Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
Well-versed in Clerical Skills and general office management
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
