Administration Assistant

You are invited to join a well-known Eye Clinic located in New Delhi, CR Park, in the role of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. As a Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to the MD. The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000. Your primary responsibilities will include managing travel arrangements between CR Park and South ex centre, handling the MD's calendar, taking messages and calls on behalf of the Director, and preparing minutes while assigning tasks to the staff accordingly. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate interdepartmental activities, assist in report submissions to HOD, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. The ideal candidate for this role should be a female with proficiency in MS Office and possess excellent communication skills. Your role will involve close coordination with various departments, ensuring effective communication and task management across the organization.
