Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial, along with a professional demeanor and a customer service orientation. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently when needed. Proficiency in office software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, is expected. While a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and demonstrated skills will also be considered.,
