Corporate Office Administrator – Job Description Position Overview

The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative tasks, support management, and maintain organizational efficiency. The administrator acts as the backbone of the office, balancing clerical duties with coordination responsibilities across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Office Operations
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and serviced regularly.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
  • HR & Compliance Assistance
  • Support onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with policy enforcement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff.
  • Draft internal communications, notices, and circulars.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments.
  • Financial Administration
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and petty cash handling.
  • Process invoices and support finance team with reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in office administration or corporate support roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
