Job Description

Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization by providing comprehensive support to executives, managers, and teams. This position involves managing daily office tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact within the office, demonstrating excellent communication skills, discretion, and professionalism. They are expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office software and tools. In addition to clerical duties, they may assist in project coordination, event planning, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflow and uphold the organization’s standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
