💼 Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:

     Set up and maintain SKU-level inventory tracking for fabrics, finished products, and samples.
  • Accounting & Compliance:

     Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and ensure timely GST/tax filings.
  • Client & Order Management:

     Maintain client records (CRM), track leads, and coordinate custom orders.
  • Vendor & Store Relations:

     Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and retail partners to keep operations smooth.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:

     Manage day-to-day operations, including order timelines and team logistics.
⚙️ Systems to Set Up

You’ll help create the brand’s foundational operational structure, including:

  • Inventory Management System (SKU-level)
  • Simple Accounting & Invoicing Framework
  • GST Filing Workflow
  • CRM for Leads & Custom Orders
  • Vendor Contact Database

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable setting up and running systems from scratch.
  • Familiar with accounting, GST, or small-business operations.
  • Passionate about craft, textiles, or fashion is a bonus!
