Who You Are A fashion designer with 2–5 years experience in womenswear, luxury, or artisanal design. You understand handlooms not as trends but as living legacies. Comfortable working directly with weavers, karigars, dyers, and tailors across India. You think in moodboards, textures, mythology, and silhouettes — not just stylesheets. Proficient in fashion illustration, CADs, and technical packs. You have an eye for detail, a heart for tradition, and a mind ready to disrupt. Responsibilities Design and develop seasonal collections that reflect Kunkumn’s ethos: maximalist, rooted, and spiritually bold.
