Seeking an ex-military professional with a disciplined approach and corporate admin experience to manage daily office operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support leadership in the smooth running of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of offices or project sites, managing records, correspondence, and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of documents and filing systems.
• Organize facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Implement company policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for teams or senior staff.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on budgets, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support crisis management or security procedures leveraging military experience.
• Uphold discipline, punctuality, and integrity in all administrative processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Retired Army, Navy, Air Force, or equivalent defense services.
• At least 2 years in a corporate administrative or office management role.
• Well-versed in office procedures, record keeping, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational discipline and the ability to adapt military-honed skills to business needs.
• Graduate degree preferred; additional administration qualifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
