Admin Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the general administration, team management, facility & infrastructure management, and vendor & purchase coordination within the plant. Your role will involve supervising day-to-day administrative operations, leading the admin team, managing office facilities, coordinating maintenance activities, and handling vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day administrative operations within the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities, housekeeping, and security services. Maintain administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Lead and manage the admin team, allocate duties, monitor performance, and conduct regular training sessions to enhance productivity and discipline. - Oversee maintenance of office buildings, utilities, and factory premises. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, electricals, pest control, and facility upgrades. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. - Handle vendor management including sourcing, negotiation, and service agreements for admin-related purchases. Verify bills, manage quotations, and maintain records of vendor contracts and performance reviews. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in general administration and team management. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors and manage purchase activities.
