Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager (preferably mid-aged female professional) with strong communication and leadership skills. The role involves managing a team, driving performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations within the department.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work culture.
• Prepare and present reports to management on team progress and challenges.
• Support in decision-making and execution of organizational strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in [Any discipline/Relevant field].
• Proven experience in a managerial role with team-handling responsibilities.
