Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Building Construction industry only)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and HR operations at construction sites.
• Manage attendance, payroll, and manpower records.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth operations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain inventory of materials, assets, and office supplies.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and company policies are followed at site.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and management for efficient communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in HR / Administration / Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction industry (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and site compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, record keeping, and reporting.
