As the Hospital Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hospital infrastructure, which includes power, water, air conditioning, lifts, and medical gas systems. Your role will involve ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are upheld across all hospital areas, including IPD, OPD, ICU, OT, wards, and toilets. You will play a crucial part in coordinating preventive and emergency maintenance activities with electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and biomedical engineers. Supervising security guards and enforcing hospital safety protocols will also be under your purview. The management of AMC and service contracts for all equipment and utility systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In addition, you will oversee regular pest control, linen laundry, and waste disposal, ensuring compliance with Biomedical Waste Management regulations. Conducting daily facility rounds and maintaining facility checklist logs are essential tasks to monitor the smooth operation of the hospital infrastructure. Being the first point of contact during emergency breakdowns, your quick coordination for timely resolution will be vital. Collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, and admin teams for facility support is also expected from you. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the hospital location.,
