Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin / HR / Operations Manager at Solar Hospital Grace GPS Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., located in Surendranagar. The Admin / HR / Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing HR-related tasks, and streamlining operational processes. This includes handling employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training programs, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and improving workplace efficiency and productivity.

• Skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to coordinate and implement training programs
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and ensuring policy compliance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Surendranagar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
