Job Summary: The Healthcare Quality Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and improvement initiatives across the hospital. The role is crucial in maintaining NABH accreditation standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: 🔸 Assist in maintaining and updating NABH documentation, SOPs, and quality manuals 🔸 Coordinate internal audits, gap analysis, and compliance checks across departments 🔸 Monitor clinical and non-clinical quality indicators and initiate corrective actions 🔸 Facilitate training programs and workshops for hospital staff on quality and patient safety 🔸 Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, patient safety, and infection control 🔸 Coordinate periodic management reviews and hospital committee meetings (e.g., Quality, Infection Control, Ethics) 🔸 Ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up 🔸 Support departments in implementing best practices and process improvement 🔸 Liaise with accreditation bodies, government agencies, and other healthcare stakeholders Required Qualifications: ✅ Graduate or postgraduate in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Nursing, or related field ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management in a NABH-accredited hospital ✅ Knowledge of accreditation standards (NABH, ISO, etc.) and hospital operations ✅ Strong communication, analytical, and training skills ✅ Proficient in MS Office and quality management tools
