Job Description: As an experienced HR and Admin Manager in the manufacturing sector, particularly within the engineering industry, you will be responsible for managing the company's manpower requirements through effective recruitment and organizing job-oriented training programs. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, and Industrial Factories rules. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative functions, including housekeeping and security.
