You are expected to:

• Oversee office and facility operations, ensuring maintenance, safety, and smooth functionality.

• Manage housekeeping, security, and vendor services for maintenance, transport, and catering.

• Handle procurement and availability of office supplies and assets.

• Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and company vehicle management.

• Support HR and Operations in events, meetings, and documentation. • Maintain records for inventory, access control, and correspondence.

• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and periodic inspections.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Any Graduate with a pleasant demeanour and is presentable with utmost professionalism.

• 25 years of experience in Admin & Facility Management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with computer knowledge. • Must be fluent in local language (Kannada) along with English & Hindi.
