Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Admin Executive

to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support cross-functional teams. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee general office administration and ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Handle employee attendance records, leave management, and related documentation.
Provide administrative support to HR and Operations teams.
Maintain office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues (IT, utilities, housekeeping, etc.).
Support senior management with documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
