Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Communicating with management and carrying out office tasks.
  • Accepting calls, screening incoming calls, and redirecting calls.
  • Arranging and arranging appointments, activities, and schedules.
  • Assist in admission processes.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as directed
  • Document scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Support scheduling of parent–teacher meetings, events, and school activities.
  • Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Strong communication in English (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Preferred for Immediate joiners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edapally, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
