Join Our Team as an Admin for Facilities We are on the lookout for a talented Admin to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. If you meet these criteria, we want to hear from you. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's or Master's (any discipline) Candidates with prior experience in vendor management, handling cab services, and inventory management, facility maintenance, office supplies, etc., are highly preferred. Role And Responsibilities Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels. Should have experience in preparing Cab rosters and handling cab service. Petty cash handling - Accurately tracking petty cash transactions, reconciling expenses, and maintaining proper documentation. Coordinate with the vendors for office maintenance and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Manage office facilities, including meeting room bookings and equipment setup.
