Job Type: Full-Time Location: Chennai Interview Mode: Direct Walk in Immediate Joiners Preferred · Provisioning of high level administrative & managerial support involving day-to-day activities related to Personnel & office administration · Overseeing all administrative tasks across the different departments including maintenance of premises, coordination, transport facilities etc · Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing AMC's for maintenance of office equipments · Tracking & maintaining inventory levels for all items required and preparing material requirement plan as per the requirements. · Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence. · Purchase of office stationeries, printers, phone systems, cell phones, faxes.
