Admin Executive (Night Shift)

As a Business Development Executive at our outsourcing service provider, you will be responsible for servicing a team of mortgage professionals in Canada. Your role will involve offering responses and solutions to their customers, managing administrative duties, and overseeing their digital presence. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, implement growth strategies, and nurture client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Offer responses and solutions to customers of mortgage professionals - Manage administrative duties and digital footprint of professionals - Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies - Build and maintain client relationships Qualifications: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record in sales or business development - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong understanding and experience of digital marketing platforms Experience: - 1-3 years preferred, freshers can also apply Additional Details: You will be working in a night shift schedule, Monday to Friday full time, and half-day on Saturday. The compensation is above-industry standards, with incremental increases based on performance. Fluency in English and a strong understanding of social media are essential for this role. Prior experience in international financial services or KPO, as well as international calling and BPO experience, are preferred skills.
