Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Executive to join our team at Auxilla Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
