Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Executive to join our team at Auxilla Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Develop and implement effective administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in administration or a related field with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
