Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across corporate office and store locations.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and pantry services.
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC renewals, procurement, repairs, and facility management.
  • Handle asset management inventory tracking, allocation, and record maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Ensure timely payment of utility bills, rentals, and administrative invoices.
  • Support in event management, meetings, and internal functions.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, statutory, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain administrative MIS, trackers, and dashboards for management reporting.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities in admin operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
