Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive

Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Work (6 days per week)

Salary: INR 25,000 per month


Administration:

• Coordination with all the departments as per the requirement

• Contacting Students if there are any changes in their Lecture Schedule

• Follow-up calls to Students regarding the PDCs (Post-dated cheques), missed lectures EMIs, etc.

• Exams: Supervising In-house Theory Exams and Practical exams/pre-requisite calls to students for remote exams

• Banking: Cash deposition/Cheque deposition

• Administer the distribution and collection of lockers for staff and students

• School Stock: Printing items, Toiletry, and Stationery Reception:

• Responsible for welcoming students/visitors/staff at the school

• Responsible for handling incoming calls

• Managing the school notice board and organizing classrooms

• Maintaining attendance of students and staff

• Checking the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire school Cash Management:

• Handling Petty Cash of School

• Preparing Payment vouchers and coordinating the same with the Accounts Team


What are we looking for:

• Good Communication Skills and Extremely Logical & Multitasking

• Well-versed with computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.)
