Job Description

An Admin Executive in a BPO manages administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records. They also handle office supplies, assist with basic HR functions like onboarding and leave records, and provide support to other departments and senior management.  Administrative and operational duties:- Manage office operations: Supervise daily administrative operations, handle maintenance requests, and ensure a clean and functional workspace. Handle correspondence: Answer phones, manage emails, and draft letters or other communications. Schedule and coordinate: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel for staff. Manage supplies: Order, track, and organize office supplies and other necessary equipment. Maintain records: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, including documents, contracts, and employee files. Handle vendor relations: Act as a point of contact for vendors, manage their contracts, and process invoices.
