Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other documentation
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Procure and manage office supplies; coordinate equipment maintenance
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records
• Assist in managing petty cash and expense reports
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
• Ensure office procedures adhere to company policies
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, report generation, spreadsheet maintenance, and basic data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 0–1 year of administrative experience (freshers welcome)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
