Position: Admin Executive
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Front Admin Executive to oversee front desk operations and support key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage reception duties, including attending calls and transferring to respective departments.
·Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness at head office and retail stores.
·Handle vendor coordination for office and store requirements.
·Place and track housekeeping and admin-related orders for head office and retail stores.
·Manage monthly petty cash, including expense tracking and reconciliation.
·Maintain admin records and assist in courier and document handling.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting
· Prior experience in front office or administrative roles preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
