Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Manage and maintain office inventory, ensuring timely availability of required supplies and equipment.

Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging international and domestic travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.

Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to meet office requirements efficiently and within budget.

Office Operations: Be responsible for opening the office daily and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirement Fulfilment: Understand the needs of the team and arrange all office-related requirements proactively.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle vendors and coordinate effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
