Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks including correspondence, documentation, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining export and trading documents such as invoices, packing lists, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners for smooth order execution.
  • Support the export documentation process (shipping, customs clearance, certificates, etc.).
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of imports/exports, stock, and dispatch schedules.
  • Provide support in customer communication through emails, calls, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/Commerce preferred).
  • Atleat one year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in trading/export businesses.
  • Knowledge of export-import documentation and coordination will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
