Job Description: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining office records. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensuring the inventory of office supplies is well-maintained and placing orders when necessary will be a key responsibility. Supporting HR and other departments in documentation and filing will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will handle visitor management and provide general support to the staff. Coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed, as well as ensuring the proper upkeep of the office environment and facilities, will be integral to your role. Qualification & Skills: - Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
