Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and managing office supplies and inventory. Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail; serving as a liaison between departments and with external parties like vendors and clients. Scheduling and Coordination: Arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel for executives and staff. Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, records, and databases accurately and confidentially. Reporting and Presentations: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and other purposes. Event Planning: Assisting in the planning and coordination of internal and external events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
