Admin Executive

As an HR Admin (Executive Administration) at our company located in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be utilizing your 3+ years of experience in HR admin from a Travel Agency to efficiently carry out the following responsibilities: - Booking Air & Train Tickets, Hotels, Training Venues (Domestic & International) for PAN India employees. - Coordinating and negotiating with vendors for daily activities such as ordering, invoicing, and follow-ups. - Supervising activities related to daily admin, including maintaining stock and inventories. - Record-keeping and managing imprest accounts. - Handling requests and feedback promptly and professionally. - Printing stationery, visiting cards for employees, and maintaining courier details. - Checking and verifying reimbursement bills of PAN India employees. - Preparing MIS reports and budgets. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word and Excel. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift, Monday to Friday, in the morning. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR Admin, Administration work, Travel arrangements, and Travel agency. Additionally, experience in Tickets Management for 4 years is preferred. Proficiency in the English language is also preferred.
