Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Housekeeping Management

  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain schedules and standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely procurement.

Vendor Management

  • Identify and liaise with vendors for housekeeping and cafeteria services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any service issues.
  • Maintain records of vendor contracts and transactions.

Compliance and PF Management

  • Ensure all statutory compliances are met, including PF, ESI, and labour laws for housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments to manage compliance documentation.

Administrative Support

  • Process orders and manage procurement for housekeeping and cafeteria needs.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to facility operations.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures for administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
