Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support HR and accounts departments with administrative work as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Business Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
